At Neptune, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all hardware and assembly instructions, and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For small decor, drop your package at any authorized carrier location; for furniture and oversized items, use our portal to schedule a professional curbside collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
